Updates on 5D4N Internationalization Trip to Chengdu, China for P5 Pupils

As part of our continued efforts to instill in Frontierers an appreciation for the wider international community, the school has organized a 5-day 4-night internationalization trip to Chengdu, China from 28 May 2019 to 1 June 2019.

Led by our Principal, Mrs Chua, our teachers and pupils visited a local primary school, Haibin Primary School (成都海滨小学). We were warmly received by the Principal, staff and pupils of the school. The many interaction opportunities among pupils and teachers from both schools provided authentic and exciting learning experiences that enhances understanding and friendship. We also joined in their Children’s Day celebrations and our pupils put up 2 items in appreciation of their great hospitality.

Besides school visits, we also visited many other places of interest in Chengdu such as Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding and Sichuan Science & Technology Museum. These visits allow pupils to gain important knowledge about the culture and history of Chengdu and broadened their horizon. The whole experience was simply UNFORGETTABLE!
